The Role:
You'll be providing high-level support to two Partners within the disputes team, handling a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Preparing, editing, and tracking extensive legal documents
  • Handling billing tasks, including expenses and invoicing
  • Managing file operations from opening to closure
  • Preparing legal correspondence and client communications
  • Diary management, events, and travel coordination
  • Acting as the key liaison for clients and internal stakeholders

About You:

This role is
not open to law students
or those intending to practice law in future.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • At least 3 years' experience in a Legal Secretary role
  • Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
  • Experience with document management and billing systems (e.g. FileSite, Aderant Expert, or equivalent)
  • Strong organisational and file management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, team-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
  • You must have full working rights in Australia.
