Legal Secretary | Wills and Estates

PTW Law are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with a minimum of 5 years experience to play a key role in our Wills, Estates and Probate division.

About the Role

  • Legal Secretarial department administration and practioner/client  support, including matter process management, document production, safe custody management etc.
  • Management of LEAP precedent formulations with a focus on automated efficiencies and streamlined workflows within our CRM  to enhance client experience and delivery.
  • Ensuring client queries are answered in a timely manner.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years legal secretarial or paralegal experience.
  • Previous experience in Wills, Estates and Probate.
  • Happy, motivated and confident person with extraordinary organisational skills.
  • Experience with transactional documents and in assisting with transactional legal work.
  • The ability to work on multiple matters, including prioritising work, arranging solicitors' diaries and conferences and meeting deadlines.
  • Fast and accurate computer work.
  • Familiarity with Probate forms and processes.
  • A great attitude, happy, positive, capable, problem solver.
  • LEAP experience highly regarded.
