The firm's Sydney team is based in the heart of the CBD.

The Job

You'll join the firm and use your existing legal secretarial skills to support busy yet approachable Partners and lawyers. You'll join an welcoming team of legal EA and have the opportunity to work across areas of law as diverse as Corporate/Commercial, litigation, employment law and IP.

Your role will be to provide EA, legal secretarial and admin support, helping the the practice floor manage a diverse legal file-load as you prepare and edit legal documents, oversee busy diaries and inboxes and assist with billing.

This full-time permanent position is a chance to secure a varied role that incorporates legal secretarial and legal EA responsibilities, whilst working in a supportive, yet fast-paced environment.

About you

To be suited to this opportunity:

  • You will be an experienced legal support professional, offering at least four years experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA or Legal EA;
  • Your experience will ideally have been gained within a commercially focused area of law;
  • You'll be proactive - happy to grab a varied load of non-billable work from lawyers as they focus on their own work.
  • Your strong legal support background will be backed by more generalist EA skills, including diary and email management.

Above all, you'll be a legal support professional who is excited by fast-paced work and wants to work in a professional environment where your high quality work will be well-rewarded.
