The Opportunity:

A Legal Secretary position has become available within the Commercial Property team of a highly regarded national Law firm. Supporting a highly regarded and awarded Partner, this role will be based in stunning Sydney CBD offices with flexible work arrangements in place. 

This role is suited to a candidate with minimum 2 years Legal Secretarial experience, who has proven experience supporting a busy legal practitioner. Property experience is not essential, other areas of Law will be considered.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and editing documents
  • Completing complex monthly billing
  • Client liaison
  • Managing correspondence and maintaining files
  • EA/PA responsibilities including extensive meeting coordination
  • Typing and diary management
  • And much much more

Requirements:

To meet expectations in this role, you are required to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years Legal Secretarial experience
  • Experience with billing and a document management system
  • Fast typing speeds and close attention to detail
  • A keen, motivated approach with strong communication skills
