- Oversee daily fulfillment and return processing for online, in-store, and collect-in-store orders, ensuring all activities meet SLAs and supporting Store teams with timely communication.
- Manage order errors, fraud reviews, late or unallocated orders, and sold outs, owning follow-ups with Store teams and Client Services.
Inventory & Packaging
- Support omni-inventory management with eCommerce & Warehouse teams to minimize sold outs and improve stock accuracy.
- Ensure stores maintain sufficient packaging stock levels and assist with peak trade volume forecasting.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Contribute to strategic decisions and automation initiatives for omnichannel fulfillment and returns.
- Liaise with Retail, Product Training, Digital Delivery, IT, and Client Services to streamline processes and troubleshoot issues.
Training & Team Engagement
- Create and maintain training guides for omni-fulfillment processes, including ad-hoc and seasonal initiatives, and support roll-out to Store teams.
- Lead regular touch-bases with the AU Retail team to review performance and discuss plans.
- Support onboarding for Omnichannel Stock Coordinators in AU.
- Champion the One-Client-Vision, advocating for client experience and quality control.
Reporting & Performance
- Assist with reporting on order volumes, performance KPIs, and store team incentives for Payroll
What You Will Bring
- 1–2 years' experience in a stock operations role, ideally within the Retail industry.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, especially Excel; AP21 a plus).
- Strong understanding of online, retail, and omnichannel operations.
- Ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional team environment.
