Find Your Connection to Endless Possibilities
Are you an Organisational Development professional ready to shape the future of how people grow, connect, and thrive? If you're passionate about building capability, fostering inclusive culture, and contributing to the creation of exceptional employee experiences, this role could be perfect for you.
With Audinate, you'll find your connection to the world of sound and vision.
We lead the world in AV networking media to pioneer the way people see and hear with our 'Dante' technology.
Dante is a network platform focusing on AV connectivity that's easy to use. We enable communication, experiences, inspiration and collaboration to be shared between people and spaces using one connection.
You'll find our technology in a diverse range of products across multiple industries from boardrooms to stages, including the Sydney Opera House, on set at films like La La Land, in stadiums such as Target Field and the Paris La Defense Arena, and even at hotels, restaurants, and local houses of worship.
Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: Excellence, Courage, Integrity, Innovation, and Teamwork. If this resonates with you, this is the place for you.
What you'll experience with us
As our Organisational Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy, partnering directly with our Chief People Officer to shape how we develop talent, build capability, and foster an inclusive culture as we scale globally. You'll own and drive initiatives that truly make a difference – from leadership development frameworks to employer branding, from engagement surveys to DEI strategy execution.
You'll have the autonomy to design and deliver programs that matter, working across all levels of our organisation. If you're looking to make visible impact in a company where culture and values aren't just words on a wall, this is your opportunity.
In addition to a competitive salary, annual bonus and equity incentive plan, you'll be part of our diverse, values-based culture. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits such as flexible working (2 days per week in office), home office support, and volunteering leave.
What you'll be working on
- Building capability
– designing and managing resources and strategies that prepare our people to pioneer the future, managing our LMS and creating compelling content - Leading our Career and Performance Management lifecycle
– from goal setting through development check-ins to annual reviews and calibrations, ensuring our people have clear pathways for growth - Driving employee engagement
– partnering with the CPO to manage our engagement survey lifecycle, identifying focus areas and working with our leaders to implement action plans that strengthen our culture - Embedding our EVP and values
– ensuring our unique culture and values are woven into every aspect of the employee experience, creating moments that matter - Championing our employer brand
– leading employer branding activities that authentically communicate our EVP both internally and externally, making Audinate a destination for top talent - Managing compliance program delivery
– partnering with subject matter experts to source and develop learning solutions and maintain our annual compliance training calendar - Advancing DEI objectives
– working with the CPO to formulate and execute DEI objectives in partnership with our Executive Leadership Team, Board, and global People & Performance team - Managing WGEA reporting requirements
– ensuring compliance and demonstrating our commitment to workplace gender equality
Who we're looking for
- Extensive experience in Organisational Development
with a strong emphasis on leadership development and talent management, likely supported by a relevant tertiary qualification - A proven track record of successful project delivery
– you've developed and executed initiatives in complex organisational contexts and can show the results - Outstanding communication skills
– both written and verbal, across internal and external contexts. You can craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences - Strategic and hands-on versatility
– you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to execute hands-on with excellence, and you're willing to lend your leadership to projects wherever this may be needed - Excellent judgement and organisational skills
