About the Opportunity

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be pivotal in creating a seamless, reassuring, and compassionate experience. We are looking for a highly organised individual whose initiative and professionalism will be key to the smooth operation of our busy specialist clinic. While we provide full training on our practice software (Gentu), your prior experience in a medical setting will allow you to excel.

Your Impact and Key Responsibilities

  • Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, managing all front-desk duties with warmth and professionalism.
  • Mastermind the appointment schedule, coordinating effectively with patients, GPs, and other health professionals.
  • Handle patient billing and payments with precision, discretion, and empathy.
  • Meticulously maintain our patient database, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Take pride in upholding a professional, welcoming, and immaculate patient environment.

What You Will Bring

  • A passion for providing fabulous customer service and a quick-learning mindset are a must. Medical reception experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidate.
  • A high level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new software with ease.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine sense of empathy.

  • A mature, proactive, and compassionate approach to patient care and teamwork.

  • Previous experience with Gentu medical software highly regarded.

  • Flexibility to occasionally work additional hours to cover team leave.
