Headquartered in St Leonards, Maxlife Care is on a mission to promote and enhance the quality of life for their clients. **About the role**: Maxlife Care has a current opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our committed and professional Team on a casual basis located at our Head Office in St Leonards. You will be supporting the CEO and the Head of Clinical Services, your focus is on delivering the highest standards of services to patients, referrers and customers. **About You**: - Minimum 12 months experience as a Medical receptionist in a customer service capacity required (healthcare experience highly advantageous but not essential) - Knowledge and experience using Helix software highly advantageous - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - Professionally presented - Ability to multi-task - Strong attention to detail - An energetic and enthusiastic can-do attitude - Available to work flexible hours If you believe this opportunity is right for you, please click on "apply" and submit your CV and cover letter.
