THE ROLE

Westbridge Property Funds is seeking a full time Client Services Advisor to join our friendly and professional team located in Subiaco, close to all amenities and transport. You will be helping our investors by assisting the Key Relationships team to deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring we tick all the boxes as a responsible Australian Financial Services Licensee. We are growing quickly and have great systems and processes already in place, we just need an enthusiastic, customer focused and detail-oriented person to help us on our journey and keep improving.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling client administrative requests, preparing and processing client application forms and taking ownership of the new client onboarding process all while keeping the investor relations team informed
  • Updating and collection of client verification records to satisfy AML and other requirements
  • Maintenance of CRM system
  • Preparation and assistance with regular and ad-hoc investor reporting & monthly distributions
  • Coordination of investor events
  • Compliance record keeping
  • Back-up reception

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter, and demonstrate an enthusiastic approach. As in your day-to-day life, you will work with complete personal accountability, strive to achieve objectives and not rely on others for work-place motivation and fulfilment. It is essential that you have the ability to deal with the peaks and troughs of a busy role. In addition to this, you have:

  • Previous experience in a client services role, ideally in Financial Services with experience of AML regulation
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Strong Microsoft skills; including Word and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Highly-developed communication skills with a sound grasp of emotional intelligence
  • Confidence, flexibility and enthusiasm with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to use your own initiative
  • Committed to working with and developing procedures and processes
  • Experience in dealing with sophisticated investors and professionals
