**Harmilla Care** is a NDIS support organisation, also specialising in home care package services. We are a growing Australian care provider built on advocating for the elderly and those living with disabilities and supporting children and young adults.

**About Your New Role**:
As a Service Coordinator, you will be required to work closely with key stakeholders (Plan nominees, Support Coordinators, Community Mental Health, our own Care teams, families etc.). This role is also required you to work closely to support staffs and clientele.

The purpose of this role is to provide assistance to ensure day-to-day efficiency with the overall aim of achieving business objectives. You will be required to assist the service function of the business in achieving operational effectiveness in line with business requirements.

**Main Tasks**
- Assist with constructing staff rosters
- Liaising with clients and building strong relationships
- Assisting with service records for invoicing
- Referral and sign ups processes for new and existing clientele
- Planning and organising supports for clients
- Keeping records and documentation of client and staff folders
- Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities
- Identifying and engaging with service providers and other organisations
- Be the link between external mainstream services ensuring they meet their obligations to the client.
- Coordinate service personnel to ensure daily targets and tasks are completed
- Ensuring all reporting and administrative requirements are met
- Regularly review and implement changes to various forms of documentation
- Communicates comprehensive knowledge of supports and services available
- Regularly collecting and reporting feedback
- Participating and collaborating in management meetings
- Ensures customers are appropriately supported in exploring and resolving their needs, expectations and goals.
- Assist in the management of third-party communication and technology queries and networking
- Ensure business operational needs are met

**Qualifications/ Experience**
- Significant experience in similar role (minimum 1 year).
- Knowledge and understanding of NDIS.
- Support Work experience (desirable).
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Police Check
- Covid-19 Vaccination
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS mandatory Modules (willing to obtain)

- Strong stakeholder management skills including clients, staff, and external stakeholders. You will be responsible to onboard new clients.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members. You will be required to lead our team of support workers and work alongside with our scheduling team to provide the best service possible to our clients.
- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
- Good ability in decision-making, innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be able to supervise staffs/ provide professional development for staffs.
- Familiar with CRM software E.g. Salesforce, Lumary and Shift care
- Intermediate skills in Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Intermediate IT/ Computer Skills
- Available for on call roster (to support staffs after hours if needed).

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $74,999.00 per year
