We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to join our Future Talent Team in our Corporate Office in Subiaco. Reporting to the Senior Talent Advisor - Future talent and working alongside our Future Talent Officer, you will provide support and drive the recruitment and planning processes for Northern Star Resources’s Apprentice and Traineeship Programs across all of our sites in the Goldfields region.

**This role is being offered on a 12 month Fixed-Term parental leave contract.**

**Here’s what awaits you**:

- Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process inclusive of sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and extending offers of employment
- Providing guidance and recruitment advice to site-based stakeholders
- Representing the Future Talent Team at external events for Apprentices and Trainees, which may include travel to regional locations where necessary
- Managing SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules

**To thrive in this role, you’ll need**:
**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in early career recruitment within the mining industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organisation
- High level of computer literacy with proven experience in using SAP SuccessFactors
- An agile mindset accompanied by a willingness to adapt to a dynamic, growing company
- Ability to travel to site as required

**Qualifications**:

- Qualifications in Human Resource ManagementCurrent Western Australian drivers’ license
