The Auto Masters Group is proud to be one of the largest Motor Repairers in Western Australia, with over 200 staff across their forty four locations, servicing thousands of new and used vehicles each year.

Auto Masters Subiaco are currently recruiting a store/service manager to join their team.
- vibrant personality with a 'can do' attitude,
- willingness to learn and grow,
- extensive knowledge of the automotive industry,
- excellent managerial skills,
- outstanding customer service skills,
- previous experience in managing an Auto Motive service centre or equivalent and a proven track record in sales within the automotive industry is a must.

**What the role entails**:

- coordinating a small team of technicians within the store
- meeting set KPI's and targets
- maintaining a sound knowledge of brand products and services
- upholding the Quality Assurance system,
- maintaining a clean working environment for staff and customers

Starting remuneration is $75000 - $100000 depending upon experience plus bonuses, incentives and superannuation.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
