We are now seeking a personable and proactive Campaign Coordinator to join their fun and collaborative team

About the role
In this hands-on position, you will primarily be responsible for coordinating end-to-end property marketing campaigns to maximise exposure and attract potential buyers. Reporting directly to the Business & Operations Manager and collaborating across Ray White Darwin's sales team, this role ensures campaigns are delivered efficiently, aligned with client objectives and maintain the brand's high professional standards.

You will support Sales Agents throughout the full property listing and sales process, including preparing listing packages, coordinating marketing materials, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, and overseeing campaign execution to ensure every property is showcased effectively and delivered on schedule.

Your other key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive support to sales agents throughout the entire sales process, including administration, campaign coordination, listing preparation, marketing support, client communication, and contract management.
  • Coordinating with photographers, videographers, stylists, and tradespeople to ensure properties are market-ready within strict deadlines.
  • Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with external vendors and advertising partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Overseeing the production and distribution of marketing materials across print, digital, and social media channels.
  • Managing and updating property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients, both in-person and via phone, providing professional and responsive support.
  • General administrative tasks as required.

About you
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for real estate and proven experience in administration and customer service. Whilst marketing experience is advantageous, the key requirement is thriving in a fast-paced environment - managing multiple tasks and competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You'll be a highly collaborative individual, with the confidence to work autonomously when required. The successful candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and will take pride in delivering quality outcomes that support both client and business success. It is also advantageous, however not essential for the successful candidate to have a knowledge of Google Suite, Vault and
