About the role

Tourism Top End is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support our destination and organisational marketing activities.

Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you'll help deliver a variety of campaigns and projects that showcase the very best of the Northern Territory's Top End.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with Tourism Top End's destination marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Support marketing activities for TTE and its member services
  • Assist with managing BookEasy (our online reservation system) connections
  • Provide general marketing and administrative support across the organisation

About you

You're a motivated, proactive team player who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment. You love learning, working collaboratively, and take pride in producing great work that supports the tourism industry.

You'll bring:

  • A genuine passion for tourism and the Top End region
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of (or interest in learning) digital, social, and traditional marketing
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy across desktop publishing, spreadsheets, word processing and web-based tools

Experience in tourism or marketing is highly regarded but not essential — this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in tourism marketing.


About us

Tourism Top End is the peak tourism association for the Top End of the Northern Territory.

Established in 1973, we're a not-for-profit, membership-based organisation representing over 500 tourism operators. We lead destination development, marketing and advocacy — promoting the Top End for both leisure and business events.
