Haileybury is excited to welcome you to the Marketing team in a full-time, ongoing capacity, where you will contribute to a key business unit responsible for delivering our strategic marketing, communications, including all digital advertising and engagement, and design activities across all our campuses including Melbourne, Darwin, and Pangea online school.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to be part of the development and execution of a variety of digital marketing campaigns, work with a thriving marketing team to ensure we remain relevant, engaging and grow the Haileybury brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and plan digital marketing strategies across Haileybury’s digital platforms including website, social media channels, digital marketing media and ad channels to maximise both brand and tactical campaigns

- Develop social media strategies and plans across paid, earned and owned media to produce strong outcomes and brand excellence

- Applying digital analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and continue to grow the digital footprint to ensure the Haileybury brand and the digital experience are world class within the education sector

- Have an understanding in brand strategy and find innovative ways of bringing a strong digital presence across an end-2-end customer journey experience that is consistent in above-the-line and below-the-line activities

- Collaborate with agencies, internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant bodies are taken on the digital journey

- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and recommendations for adoption where appropriate

About You

We are looking for a team player who brings the following skills and experience:

- 2+ years’ experience working in a digital media environment

- Experience leading SEO/SEM,CRM, Social Media, Programmatic and Content driven campaigns

- An understanding in website architecture across web development and website enhancement

- Knowledge of digital analytics tools and digital programs (e.g., Google Analytics,) and providing recommendations for improving performance

- Experience in developing and optimising Google AdWords campaigns

- Ability to drive social media best practice and standardise regulatory behaviours and user posting
