Role Description
Full-Time In-House Wholesale Representative
We are seeking a
full-time, in-house Wholesale Representative
to join our team. The Wholesale Representative will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer accounts, assisting with our international sales growth ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include working from our office to communicate with clients, process orders, handle inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with our boutique partners.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills:
Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and boutique partners.
Sales and Customer Satisfaction Experience:
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Wholesale Knowledge (Preferred):
Understanding of wholesale processes, including order management, invoicing, and account management, is a plus.
Teamwork and Independence:
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Organizational and Multitasking Abilities:
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Fashion Industry Experience (Beneficial):
Previous experience in fashion retail or wholesale is advantageous.
- Education (Preferred):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
