At Alfaparf Milano Professional, we're seeking a confident and driven Brand Educator to join our Queensland team — someone who can inspire, teach, and drive growth across our retail, wholesale, and professional salon channels.

About the Role

This is not your typical educator role. We're looking for someone who thrives on autonomy, has strong presentation and communication skills, and wants to own the performance of the retail and wholesale channels in QLD, while still playing a vital role in supporting the professional salon education team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product education and training in the retail (e.g. Hairhouse, Price Attack, Oz Hair) and wholesale (e.g. Norris, Glamaco, independents) sectors.
  • Manage a monthly call cycle, visiting key retail and wholesale partners to ensure consistency in education, merchandising, and growth.
  • Take ownership of performance in retail and wholesale accounts — your efforts will directly influence results, and incentives will be tied to growth.
  • Support the salon channel with technical education, collaborating with the QLD Sales Team for in-salon colour, care, and keratin training.
  • Represent the Alfaparf Milano Professional brand with professionalism, creativity, and consistency across all touchpoints.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Experience in the hair industry, ideally in a salon, education, or brand support role.
  • Strong training and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging across different types of accounts.
  • A passion for education as a growth tool — not just for teaching, but for driving commercial outcomes.
  • Confidence in managing your own schedule and performance within a structured territory.
  • Ability to work across both professional and consumer-facing environments.
  • A current driver's license and willingness to travel throughout QLD.
