Railway Hotel Murchison is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and experienced Bar assistant to join our friendly country pub team — starting ASAP

Job Description:

  • Managing day-to-day bar operations
  • Serving and looking after customers
  • Handling busy periods and working under pressure
  • Leading small team and managing tasks independently
  • Maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Must have a current RSA
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment
  • Previous bar or management experience essential
