Sports Bar Attendant – McKinnon Hotel

We're on the hunt for a confident and enthusiastic Sports Bar Attendant to join our team at the McKinnon Hotel. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow across different areas of hospitality.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serving drinks with speed and precision – pulling a perfect pint every time.
  • Delivering friendly and efficient customer service while taking food and beverage orders.
  • Confidently handling TAB sales and operations.
  • Assisting across multiple areas of the venue including the Sports Bar, Gaming Room, Functions, and Restaurant/Cocktail Bar.
  • Ensuring compliance with RSA and venue policies while maintaining a high standard of presentation.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a busy bar environment.
  • TAB experience is essential – you must be competent in selling and assisting customers with TAB.
  • Availability on Thursdays is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (a must).
  • A strong team player with a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and progress within the venue.

Pay: $33.38 – $46.73 per hour
