Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalised service to guests
  • Serve food and beverages in our hotel restaurant
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining dining areas
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and liquor license regulations
  • Contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests
  • Manage and control bar stock

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in high-end hospitality (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
