About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. You'll be part of a professional and supportive environment, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

While your primary focus will be the within gaming room, you may also assist across bar operations when required. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in the gaming room and bar areas
  • Ensure compliance with RSA and RCG regulations at all times
  • Assist guests with gaming-related queries, payouts, and general venue information
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

About You:

  • Current RSA and RCG (essential)
  • Previous experience in gaming or hospitality highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and well-presented
  • Availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Pay: $33.38 – $46.73 per hour
