400 Gradi Brunswick is looking for passionate, experienced Bar and Waitstaff to join our team at our flagship venue on Lygon Street.

We're seeking energetic and professional hospitality people who thrive in a busy, service-driven environment and take pride in creating genuine, memorable dining experiences.

With a focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of Melbourne's most iconic Italian dining destinations.

Required

  • 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
  • Strong service and communication skills, with a professional and engaging personality.
  • Confidence in table service and/or bar operations (cocktail, wine and coffee knowledge highly regarded).
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Current RSA certification (required for bar roles).
  • Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary – Casual Award Level 2 / Part-Time & Full-Time Levels 3–4 (depending on experience).

Location – 400 Gradi, 99 Lygon Street, East Brunswick VIC 3057.

You'll be an essential part of the front-of-house team, delivering professional, warm and attentive service to every guest. Whether behind the bar or on the floor, you'll help maintain the relaxed yet polished atmosphere that 400 Gradi is known for.
