About the Role
The ERA is seeking a passionate professional to join us on a permanent basis as an IT Support Officer within the Corporate Services team.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support across all aspects of the ERA's information technology environment. You will perform a range of duties from general IT administrative tasks, including end-user support and software installations, to highly complex cloud networking and firewall configuration, and advanced cyber security administration.
Your main duties will include the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a Windows-based network infrastructure. This encompasses a range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows 10 and 11, SharePoint, Defender, Sentinel and Intune. Additional technology products we use include Palo Alto and Mimecast.
This role provides the opportunity for ongoing training in the above technologies and a flexible working environment.
To be successful in this position, you will have proven information technology skills and knowledge, and experience in working a busy organisation providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and provide effective support to users at all levels.

This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy.
