About the Role

We're seeking a Level 3 IT Support Technician who thrives on autonomy and takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions. You'll be the go-to expert for escalated issues, complex projects, and infrastructure improvements for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution for Level 3 escalations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain network, server, and cloud solutions.
  • Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 team members to build capability.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including client communication and documentation.
  • Proactively monitor and improve client environments to reduce downtime and risk.

What We're Looking For

  • Integrity and ownership — you take responsibility and deliver on promises.
  • Strong soft skills — you communicate clearly and build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Autonomous worker — you're self-driven and comfortable managing your priorities.
  • Proven experience in a Level 3 role, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, and firewalls.
  • Experience with security tools and best practices.
  • A current driver's licence.
