We are currently searching for a Customer and Sales Support professional to join our Sales and Operations team. This is a new, full-time role and a great opportunity for a dynamic administrator who wants to feel valued as part of a successful team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside our sales and operations teams to support the customer purchase journey from quotation to order to delivery to invoice
  • Attend to customer enquiries and communications via email and phone and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a close working relationship with our Austrian order fulfilment team
  • Handle the customer payment process including credit application
  • Maintain and improve data quality in our customer database (CRM)
  • Support our customers and sales team in opportunity management and lead follow-up
  • Provide back-up to the CSS team in other processes (product servicing and training)
  • Participate in and contribute to team meetings and goal setting
  • Perform other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

  • Business administration qualifications preferred
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in office-based sales support and B2B order handling
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM ideal
  • Professional communications skills – both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy working with people in a small team environment, a friendly, open-minded and 'can do' person
  • Reliable, ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Available to participate in company activities (team workshops, occasional travel)
