We are a prominent Australian manufacturer and supplier specialising in spill and safety equipment, catering to a diverse clientele spanning industrial, manufacturing, mining, transport, and oil and gas sectors. Our extensive product range encompasses safety, spill control, and dangerous goods segments. As proud Australian Made licensees, we prioritise local production, with over 90% of our offerings manufactured at our Melbourne-based facility. With sales branches and warehouses strategically located across Australia, we ensure efficient service delivery nationwide.

As our business expands, we are seeking individuals with customer service expertise to join our national internal sales team.

About the Position:

Located at our Melbourne office, you'll join the national inbound sales team, reporting directly to the Team Leader of Inbound Sales. The successful candidate will manage sales and customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and help to grow ongoing relationships with our customers.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Handling telephone and web-based sales inquiries

Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

Generating and processing sales quotes and orders

Cultivating and nurturing customer relationships

Proactively pursuing leads and inquiries

Supporting the broader sales team nationally
