About the role

This is an exciting full-time (Monday to Friday) opportunity to join the team at Nationwide Waste Solutions as a Customer Service / Operations & Sales Support. Based in Croydon South, this varied and customer-focused role will see you providing exceptional administrative, operational support and sales support.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and managing customer accounts
  • Handling sales administration, such as processing orders.
  • Supporting the operations team with scheduling.
  • Assisting with the coordination of equipment delivery and site set-up
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Performing general administrative duties, including data entry, filing and other ad-hoc tasks

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems and software
  • A keen eye for detail and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
  • A positive, professional and adaptable attitude
