Based in Chirnside Park, we currently have a full-time position available for an enthusiastic and committed Customer Service Representative. This role is fundamental to success of our pharmaceutical division and offers the successful applicant an opportunity to join a friendly, dedicated team working in the CCL Melbourne business.

Role functions include, but not limited to:

·       Raising technical job bags

·       Raising sales orders

·       Confirming orders with clients

·       Attend production meetings

·       Liaising with clients regarding scheduling and job requirements

·       Assisting other members of the Sales & CSR teams and other departments

·       Proactively engaging with customers

·       Ad hoc tasks as required

The successful applicant will be given training but should demonstrate:

·       Excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Flexible, positive, 'Can Do' attitude, takes initiative

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Ability to understand technical printing processes and requirements

·       Good computer skills

·       Ability to work in a team environment and independently

·       High level communication skills

·       Good numerical skills

·       Stability, commitment and an eagerness to learn.

·       Good organisational and time management skills.

·       Previous experience within the printing industry highly regarded
