At Tasman Butchers we recognise the importance of providing exceptional Customer Service and our Customer Service Specialists play a key role in the success of our business as they are the first point of contact for all of our customers.

We are seeking individuals with experience in fresh food and/or Supermarket environments, a positive attitude, strong willingness to learn and above all a love for providing exceptional customer service.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist at Tasman Butchers your top priority will be the customer. Other duties include serving customers on the register, preparing and packing fresh meat products, replenishing stock in the store and ensuring tidy presentation across the store and selling area.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience working in fresh food and/or Supermarket environments
  • A passion for providing the highest level of customer service
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • A strong work ethic and be highly motivated
  • The ability to work collaboratively with others
