Our product portfolio continues to grow as we extend our supplier network, travelling and collaborating with producers and exporters, to offer a range of specialty and high-end commercial quality coffees.

What's the role.

  • Process outbound customer sales orders for ANZ
  • Provide a high level of communication and support for customers
  • Communicate order status with customers
  • Process credit notes
  • Issue return orders and book stock back on
  • Email invoices and statements as requested by customers
  • Track freight movements and request freight quotes
  • Set up new customers and update customer details
  • Communicate end of month inventory to customers
  • Investigate customer complaints
  • On-site Monday to Friday role 8.30-5pm, option to start earlier available

About you.

  • High attention to detail
  • Enjoys working in an administration, customer service role
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, D365 experience beneficial
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Positive, reliable and self-motivated you build strong customer relationships and enjoy engaging with your colleagues.
