About the role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager at 360 Personnel, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent to support the company's growth and ambitious goals. You'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from workforce planning to onboarding new hires. This is a full-time position based in our Sydney office.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute effective Talent Acquisition strategies to identify, attract and recruit high-caliber candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
- Utilise data-driven insights to continuously improve the recruitment process and track key performance metrics
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the recruitment team to enhance their capabilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process
What we're looking for
- Experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, ideally within the HR & Recruitment industry
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices within the recruitment industry
- Passion for talent management and a commitment to building high-performing teams
