The Opportunity

We're looking for our first
Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager,
a strategic yet hands-on builder who will establish the people frameworks, culture programs, and talent pipelines that support our next phase of growth.

This is a chance to design and own the people engine of a rapidly scaling business. You'll lead everything from onboarding and performance to EVP, culture, and recruitment, creating an environment where top performers can thrive and grow.

What You'll Do:

Build the Foundations:

  • Design and implement our first HR and Talent function, setting the standard for hiring, onboarding, and employee experience.
  • Develop and embed scalable processes for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Recruit Top Talent:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across all business units — from GTM and Research to Operations and Leadership.
  • Build proactive pipelines for critical roles and nurture long-term relationships across the FinTech and property ecosystem.

Shape Our Culture & EVP:

  • Define and champion InvestorKit's Employee Value Proposition, ensuring our culture, benefits, and brand reflect who we are and who we aspire to be.
  • Partner with leadership to drive engagement, recognition, and wellbeing programs.

Elevate the Employee Experience:

  • Build best-in-class onboarding and learning programs that accelerate ramp and retention.
  • Support managers with coaching, feedback frameworks, and people development tools.

Lead With Data & Insight:

  • Use metrics to track engagement, turnover, and hiring effectiveness — continuously improving our people strategy.
  • Advise the leadership team on org design, compensation trends, and workforce planning.

Who You Are

  • Proven HR or Talent Acquisition professional with experience scaling teams in a
    high-growth SaaS, FinTech, or tech-enabled environment
    .
  • Equally comfortable designing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • Passionate about culture, engagement, and building environments where people do their best work.
  • Experienced in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
  • Data-driven, structured, and confident influencing senior leaders.
  • Excited by the challenge of building from the ground up in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business.
