What you'll do
As Talent Acquisition Manager – Engineering , you will lead T alent acquisition delivery for all engineering job families in Australia , partnering closely with our Engineering Practice and stakeholders across Technology and HR to deliver hiring outcomes at scale. You will set the strategy, coach and develop a talented TA team, and embed operating rhythms that lift speed, quality and experience for candidates and leaders.
Own and deliver the Engineering TA strategy and go to market plans that align to Technology and Group priorities.
Lead , develop and grow the Engineering TA team, setting clear expectations and coaching for capability uplift and engagement .
Build deep, proactive pipelines for critical engineering segments
Use insights and reporting to guide decisions, track progress and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Drive consistent, high bar candidate and leader experiences including streamlined interviews and decisive hiring practices
Champion responsible risk management and governance across the hiring lifecycle.

P roven TA leadership in large technology organisations with demonstrable success leading teams that hir e engineers at scale whil st leading change and transformation.
Strong people leadership capabilities including coaching, feedback and creating an inclusive, one team culture.
Strong s takeholder partnership skills with the credibility to influence senior technology leaders and practices.
A data driven operating style with the ability to generate and act on meaningful insights and performance metrics.
Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, including practical AI fluency to enhance TA delivery and innovation.
Commercial acumen and sound judgement in planning, prioritisation and vendor partnerships.
