We are seeking a reliable and organised Junior Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in an administrative position within a fast-paced trade services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Senior Administrator with daily administrative tasks
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Booking and scheduling jobs for plumbing and electrical services
  • Entering and updating customer records and job information
  • Filing documents, data entry, and general office duties
  • Supporting the wider team with any ad hoc tasks as needed
