Angela Sdrinis Legal is a Melbourne-based law firm specialising in Personal Injury, including Institutional Abuse, Comcare, WorkCover, Transport Accident Claims (TAC), Superannuation and TPD, and Public Liability.

We are currently seeking a Junior Legal Assistant to support our Institutional Abuse team. This is a junior, entry-level role providing administrative and file support to solicitors and legal assistants.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Melbourne office. (4 days per week will be considered for the right candidate.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with reviewing and summarising client records
  • File management, including opening and closing files
  • Drafting simple correspondence and file notes
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling and diary management
  • General administrative support across the team
  • Liaising with clients, courts and third parties as required

Key Selection Criteria

  • Previous admin or legal admin experience is preferred but not essential
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Able to manage time and tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional and empathetic when dealing with sensitive matters
