• Support Senior Brokers with client interactions, deal management, and lender communication
• Build relationships with clients, learning how to understand their needs and find the right financial solutions
• Collect and review client documents, liaise with banks and lenders, and assist with applications
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on quality leads
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing your workload and deadlines
