Spare Parts Administrator

About the Role
As the Spare Parts Administrator, you will support our Service Department and internal teams by managing documentation, coordinating supplier communications, and assisting with ordering & shipping parts across the country. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
The Responsibilities:
· Manage the stock and administration for the main stores and service vehicles
· Source and coordinate inter-branch stock transfer
· Prepare and process purchase orders
· Receive surplus parts from service vehicles into the central store
· Assist store with monthly stock counts in main store and service vans
· Processing internal and retail jobs in a timely manner
· Receive purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders
· Review re-order reports to replenish stock and place orders with suppliers
· Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
About you:
· Strong computer skills — Microsoft Office and general business systems.
· Exceptional Time Management – Capable of prioritising tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
· Outstanding Communication Skills – Clear and professional written and verbal communication across all levels.
· High Attention to Detail – Maintains accuracy in data entry and documentation with a focus on quality.
· Eagerness to Learn – Open to acquiring new knowledge, including technical terminology and industry-specific language.
· A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to work independently.
· Certificate III in Business Administration
