Junior Medical Receptionist

IMMEDIATE START – CONTRACT POSITION Locations: Liverpool & Campbelltown

South West Vision Institute is seeking a motivated and personable Junior Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support across our busy ophthalmology practices in Liverpool and Campbelltown.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  • Handling inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Liaising with medical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Note: Travel between our Liverpool and Campbelltown practices will be required
