We are seeking a motivated and proactive Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high level of services provided to our rental providers and renters.

About the Role

  • Managing a dynamic portfolio of residential properties
  • Handling rent arrears, reviews, lease renewals and maintenance
  • Conducting inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained
  • Building strong relationships with rental providers, renters and tradespeople
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies

About You

  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a Property Manager
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or higher)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in an Asian language highly regarded
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
