Are you someone who thrives on structure, enjoys being out and about, and takes pride in attention to detail? Based in South Yarra with properties predominately in inner Melbourne, we're seeking a part-time Inspection Manager to lead routine property inspections and support our team with Saturday open for inspections.

Duties and Responsibilities

You would be responsible for coordinating and conducting regular property inspections, maintaining detailed reports and ensuring all compliance and maintenance matters are reported to the property management team effectively.

  • Conduct routine inspections (no entries or exit inspections)
  • Identify maintenance and safety issues with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare inspection reports using our easy, user-friendly system
  • Communication and collaborate with Property Managers only - no direct client communication
  • Ensure compliance following relevant legislation, policies, and safety standards
