Oreana
is seeking an experienced in-house
Commercial Property Manager
to establish and lead our internal property management service across a diverse portfolio of owned assets; primarily, retail.

About the Role

As the critical link between asset acquisition and divestment, you'll ensure optimal performance throughout the entire asset lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to build and shape our property management operations from the ground up while maximising returns during typically shorter periods than regular commercial portfolios.

Portfolio Scope

  • Small to medium retail centres & shops;
  • Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs);
  • Petrol stations;
  • Childcare.

  • Asset management excellence;
  • Financial management;
  • Investment optimisation;
  • Strategic asset transition;
  • Divestment management;
  • Supplementary income management;
  • Capital transactions.

What we're looking for

  • Proven commercial property management experience – preferably retail
    (REIT or specialist retail management agency experience highly desirable);
  • Strong understanding of retail, office, and specialty asset classes;
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication;
  • Strategic mindset with attention to operational detail;
  • Experience in asset transitions and divestment processes.
