Property Manager- Part Time

Our growing company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work as part of the team overseeing the portfolio.

This position is being offered as a part-time position

4 days a week- No Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
  • Conduct  routine inspections
  • Negotiate and administer lease agreements and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Property Management (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Current Agents Representative Certificate
  • Well-presented and corporately groomed
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
