About the Role

Due to rapid business growth, we're seeking an experienced State Manager to oversee our VIC Property Management division.

You'll be responsible for driving operations, mentoring your team, and managing a key portfolio of properties with excellence. This role is hands-on and high-energy, perfect for a senior Property Manager ready to step up into state leadership.

You'll enjoy the adventure – and will include some travel and overnight stays across Victoria as you build and strengthen our presence.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your Property Management team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Manage your own high-value property portfolio with precision and care
  • Oversee all compliance, legislation, and trust account requirements (with full admin support)
  • Build and drive growth strategies across Property Management
  • Represent Blink Property with pride across VIC, including travel to regional sites and investor meetings

Who You Are

  • A licensed Class 1 Agent (VIC) ready to take charge
  • 5+ years' experience in Property Management with proven leadership success
  • Confident managing portfolios, people, and performance
  • Skilled in legislation, compliance, and client relationships
  • Energetic, ambitious, and excited to travel across Victoria building relationships and results
