About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our energetic Property Management team. You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring all properties are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
  • Handle maintenance requests and liaise with trades
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Monitor arrears and ensure timely rent collection
  • Prepare and attend VCAT hearings when required
  • Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and agency policies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communication

About You

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in Property Management (preferred)
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate and Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid work visa or Australian work rights are required for this position
  • Senior level property management experience is required for this role
