This is a fast-paced eCommerce team that supports two well-known fashion brands. Based in Sydney, the company focuses on delivering great customer experiences and values teamwork, initiative, and continuous improvement. Your new role
As a Customer Care Admin, you'll be the first point of contact for online customers, handling inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. You'll work closely with internal teams across retail, sales, planning, shipping, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the success of the eCommerce business.
- Responding to customer emails and calls within set timeframes
- Managing orders, returns, and credits using SAP and Magento
- Liaising with warehouse and freight teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Investigating and resolving order-related issues
- Maintaining accurate records and running system reports
- Supporting team goals and participating in meetings and special projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience with SAP and Magento (essential)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Scendre preferred; Salesforce, Freshdesk, Gorgias also relevant).
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and a collaborative attitude
