About the Role:
We are seeking an Administration Assistantto join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be based at Cheltenham House located at 144 Beecroft Rd, Entrance via Murray Rd, Beecroft NSW 2119
We provide staff with a safe and supportive environment. Our staff are well-trained in our systems to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Our reward and recognition program which is well received.
- Administration Assistant is dedicated to support the management team and perform clerical duties
- Manage workflow and serve as the main point of contact at Cheltenham House Nursing Home.
To be successful, we're looking for someone:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Good attention to detail, be highly organised and able to engage with a range of people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to priorities work.
- Excellent in time management skill with multitasking capabilities
- Handles confidential information with discretion and puts customer service at the forefront of their work.
