We're seeking a Melbourne-based Business Development Manager (ABN required) to grow commercial service contracts, build installer partnerships, and expand TurfGlo's enzyme product sales across Victoria.


What You'll Do
  • Build and close commercial service agreements with childcare, pet, sports, and body-corporate clients.
  • Develop installer and repair partnerships to handle TurfGlo's installations and maintenance work.
  • Expand TurfGlo Enzyme product sales into trade, retail, and commercial channels.
  • Manage your pipeline and follow-ups through our CRM.

About You
  • Proven B2B or trade-service sales experience (artificial turf, landscaping, pet, or hygiene industries preferred).
  • Confident managing full-cycle sales and client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent — no micro-management.
  • ABN required. Driver's licence essential.
