Business Development Manager – TurfGlo

We're seeking a Melbourne-based Business Development Manager (ABN required) to grow commercial service contracts, build installer partnerships, and expand TurfGlo's enzyme product sales across Victoria.
What You'll Do
- Build and close commercial service agreements with childcare, pet, sports, and body-corporate clients.
 - Develop installer and repair partnerships to handle TurfGlo's installations and maintenance work.
 - Expand TurfGlo Enzyme product sales into trade, retail, and commercial channels.
 - Manage your pipeline and follow-ups through our CRM.
 
About You
- Proven B2B or trade-service sales experience (artificial turf, landscaping, pet, or hygiene industries preferred).
 - Confident managing full-cycle sales and client relationships.
 - Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent — no micro-management.
 - ABN required. Driver's licence essential.
