Business Development & Appointment Setter – TurfGlo (Services & Product Division)

TurfGlo restores and protects synthetic grass through our Spray & Go service and exclusive TurfGlo Enzyme range — trusted by childcare centres, pet facilities, and premium residential clients.

We're seeking a Australia Based Business Development / Appointment Setter to help grow commercial service contracts, build partnerships, and expand TurfGlo's enzyme product sales across Victoria and Australia.


What You'll Do
  • Generate and set appointments with decision-makers across childcare, pet, sports, and body-corporate sectors.
  • Build and close commercial service agreements and recurring maintenance contracts.
  • Develop installer and repair partnerships to handle TurfGlo's installations and maintenance work.
  • Expand TurfGlo Enzyme product sales into trade, retail, and commercial channels.
  • Manage your pipeline, calls, and follow-ups through our CRM.

About You
  • Proven B2B or trade-service sales experience (artificial turf, landscaping, pet, or hygiene industries preferred).
  • Comfortable prospecting, calling, and booking meetings — both phone and field based.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent — no micro-management.
  • PAYG or Contract options available (flexible).
  • Driver's licence required.
