Office Manager – FinTech Start Up | Full-Time, On-Site | Sydney CBD

Our fast-growing fintech client is seeking a highly driven, experienced Office Manager to take ownership of their dynamic Sydney City office. This is a hands-on role supporting 70 staff, keeping operations running seamlessly, and helping shape a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture.

Please note: This role is full-time and on-site in Sydney City.

What you'll do:

  • Lead all aspects of office operations with a focus on efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and manage in-office events that energize and engage the team.
  • Act as the central point of contact for staff, ensuring smooth communication and operational support.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance workplace productivity and team satisfaction.
  • Assisting with onboarding new staff.
  • Oversee facilities management, including the in-house gym, kitchen, and other amenities.
  • Liaise with building management and cleaning contractors.
  • Assist with organising travel for managers.
  • Restock fridges in a partially catered environment.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, including new events or services for staff.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
