Human Resource Officer
This vacancy is only open to people with disability. This measure is designed to address the underrepresentation of people with disability in the Australian Public Service.
We are seeking motivated and experienced Human Resource Officers to join various teams within our ATO People business area.
As a Human Resource Officer (APS 5), you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality Human Resource (HR) services. Working collaboratively with employees and managers across a range of ATO business areas, you will enable resolution of moderately complex HR issues and contribute to workforce solutions that are both strategic and practical.
You will provide specialist advice and guidance across a range of HR topics, enabling business areas to make informed decisions and deliver client-focused outcomes. These are dynamic roles that offer the opportunity to build strong relationships, develop your expertise and make a meaningful impact within the ATO.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.
We embrace the strength of diversity — through our people and the perspectives they bring. We are committed to inclusive recruitment practices and encourage applications from people with disability or neurodivergence, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and individuals from all backgrounds. Reasonable adjustments can be provided throughout the recruitment process.
